The HR Department shall
be responsible for preliminary screening of all applications
for the Junior level and the Director Operations in consultation
with the HR Department shall be responsible for preliminary
screening of all applications for middle and senior levels.
Reapplication by a candidate who has been rejected once
by the Company shall not be considered for the same position
for the next three months from the date of rejection.
If however, he applies for another position for which
he is suitable, he could be considered.
The Company is open to recruiting people from any organization
unless there is an agreement or understanding to the contrary.
Where any client of has specified organizations’
from which the Company cannot hire people, this shall
be adhered to strictly. HR Department shall be responsible
for maintaining a list of such organizations and for keeping
such agencies’ informed as deemed fit.
