Recruitment And Selection Policy - Joining Formalities

The candidate is required to give the following documents to the HR Department upon joining the Company
1. Relieving letter from the previous employer
2. Last drawn pay slip of the previous employer
3. 2 passport size photographs
4. Complete address, contact number and e-mail, marital status, bank account details, certificates etc.
5. Nomination form for PF & ESI (if eligible)
6. Nomination form for Gratuity
7. Certificates in proof of Date of Birth, Experience, Educational Qualification, Membership in Associations and Extra Curricular Activities, as applicable.
8. Form 16 or Taxable Income Statement duly certified by previous employer (Statement showing deductions & Taxable Income with break-up)
9. Passport Copy, if available
10. PAN Card copy and Proof of PAN
11. Other statutory and company maintained forms, as required.
The employee shall fill in various other forms as required by the Company, which shall include:
1. Employment Form (Annexure-VII) duly filled in
2. Confidentiality and Non-Compete agreement
The HR Department shall keep the following documents in the candidate’s Personal File along with the above said documents, forms and certificates.
1. A copy of the PRF
2. Original application form of the candidate
3. Reference check form
4. Medical Certificate
The original and photocopies should be submitted for all certificates. The originals shall be verified along with the photocopies by the HR Department and the former shall be returned to the employee immediately and the latter shall be retained by the Company in his/her personal file.
A maximum of 2 days grace period from the joining date shall be given to the candidate to submit the aforesaid documents in case he or she is justified in not being able to submit the same on the date of joining the Company.
